Delivery Information
All prices are subject to postal charges which will vary with size and weight. I will contact you with details of the cost. International buyers, please contact me for prices. All bears are sent by first class signed for delivery, both here and abroad.
Terms & Conditions
I try to show colours as accurately as possible but colour variance occurs in different monitors.
If for any reason you find that you can't love your bear you will both be unhappy, so please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
I will be more than happy to give you a full refund providing the bear is still in perfect condition. However, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the bear is returned safely to me.
I will issue the refund upon receipt of the bear.
